I lead Sunmetaliks with a singular mission: to pioneer engineering and manufacturing excellence in non-ferrous alloy casting for the world’s most demanding applications. With over two decades of experience across critical sectors, I’ve built this venture on deep technical mastery, relentless innovation, and an uncompromising commitment to safety, precision, and performance.

We specialize in **high-integrity non-ferrous alloy castings** – copper-based, nickel-based, aluminum, and specialty alloys – engineered for:

-Oxygen lines, LNG components, and space propulsion where material behavior at -196°C is non-negotiable

This ecosystem approach directly advances **Atmanirbhar Bharat** and **Make in India**, reducing import dependence for strategic-grade castings while meeting global benchmarks in quality, traceability, and performance. We’re not just manufacturing parts; we’re building sovereign capability for mission-critical industries.  

 **Our Non-Negotiable: Safety in Critical Systems**  
Take HTB1 oxygen line fittings as an example of the stakes we handle daily. These are not components – they are life-safety systems.  

Our Doctrine for Critical Service Components:**  
- **Zero Compromise on inline Inspection**: HTB1 and similar cryogenic/oxygen systems demand inspection only by technically certified personnel with deep domain experience. The risk profile is too high for anything less.  
- **Absolute Material Integrity**: No welding, no body leakage, no flange cracks are permissible on HTB1. Design pressure ≠ body pressure – conflating them invites catastrophic failure.  
- **Lifecycle Stewardship**: Corrosion, rust, or flow obstruction after long-term service aren’t maintenance issues – they’re replacement mandates. We engineer components for longevity, but we advocate immediate replacement the moment safety thresholds are breached.  

This philosophy extends across all our work: **If it’s critical, it must be flawless.**
